Offences against Forces Proclamation.

Paragraph 3 (b) suggest omit words quote without lawful excuse unquote.

Paragraph 3 (e). Delete semicolon after quote demonstration unquote.

Paragraph 3(f)suggest transfer this paragraph to Article 4.

Paragraph 5 (b). Substitute quote proclamation unquote for quote enactment unquote.

Article 6. Supply missing words after quote exceeding unquote in penultimate line.

Unless already covered by Defence Regulations suggest insertion in Article 4 of paragraph on lines of section 3 (h) of Malayan Offences Proclamation relating to damage or interference with or interception of communications.

Military Courts Proclamation. Article 13 line 10. Substitute quote article unquote for quote section unquote.

Article 14. Substitute quote finding and sentence for unquote for quote decision unquote.

Article 23. Insert words to clear doubt whether a confirming authority may interfere with an acquittal for instance by quashing order and directing retrial.
